Refund Policy

Our refund policy (when applicable) lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


Returns are not allowed.

A. Membership Refunds

​

Refunds are applicable for medical reasons only. Documentation must be provided to corroborate the circumstance.

​

For Memberships, we advise that if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, a transfer or freeze of membership is better.
 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

B. Late or Missing Refunds (If applicable)
​

If you haven’t received a refund yet please follow the proceeding steps;

​

  1. First check your bank account to verify.

  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

C. Sale Items (If applicable)
​

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are not eligible for refund.

​

D. Exchanges (If applicable)
​

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. However, the customer must always inspect the conditions of the product before leaving the premise.
